I read in the FAQ that we will get a bonus 0.1 credit per level (levels 0-10). I am currently a level 2 and I am not getting a bonus of 0.2 credits per post.

Is this something that hasn't been fully implemented yet, or am I reading the FAQ section wrong?

Thank you for asking and I'm glad you pointed this out.

First off there was a bug in the cron job that updates the level bonus. This has been fixed.

Second off you are given 0.05 bonus credits per level, not 0.1 credits. Our FAQ was outdated so I apologize for the confusion. The FAQ has been updated.

Thank you for the quick response. I just checked again, and my credits per post is now 0.1 credits more than it was before.

I also noticed yesterday, it said I was a Level 10(I was wondering how I got to level 10 so quickly) and it dropped down to a Level 2 today, so I guess that was also part of the bug/problems.

I was wondering how long after sign up, and posting to the forums, you start receiving levels? I am pretty sure I'm posting correctly, but my level remains at zero.

It shouldn't take longer than a few days to update.

My level updated to one. But now my rating I had of 4.6 turned into zero. Is this normal? And all of the forums are locked.

It appears to be a technical glitch, and is happening to everyone , @AngelaMc . Others have reported this in a different thread on here; so it is not specific to any one person. I linked @KenBrace in both this post and my other one, so as soon as he checks his alerts, he will see this issue and get it fixed.
It does not stop you from posting in any forums that you are subscribed to as far as I can see. At least , I did that and received credit; so all it is affecting is how our dashboard looks and being able to subscribe to new forums right now.
