When I post on Health Researcher forum, following all rules and guidelines, of course, none of my posts are given credit. It keeps saying that I have not posted there for the day, or 0/1 posts. I have tried everything. Please help. I post once a day in the appropriate sections and it still does not count my posts. They appear on the website, but not on Forum Wheel's Forums page for my profile. Please help. I would like to get credited for all the posts I have been doing on this forum....

Hi, Pl check if you are still subscribed. Your subscription was removed very early on when I had to delete a factually wrong post or two of yours that were on sensitive medical topics. But I see you continued posting and the recent posts are fine. If you wish I can reinstate you...

Also, I just noticed my rating appears at 0 and all forums have a lock sign over them. Is this correct? I don't know why that shows.....

I just noticed the exact same thing with my dashboard and rating as well. It must be some kind of management issue and @KenBrace will probably be able to get it working again right away.

I'm so glad you posted that. I'd just noticed it and was beginning to get worried. All my ratings show up correctly on the ratings page, but my dashboard shows 0.0

Same here, I think it's a technical glitch.

I am not able to even withdraw money as it says "You must have a rating of at least 3.0 to withdraw"!! Hope the issue will be rectified soon.

    http://theforumwheel.com/community/threads/restructuring-the-rating-system.480/

I am currently restructing the rating system to make it much more accurate and reliable. Your old ratings being disabled is a part of the process. You should be able to continue posting without a problem though. Let me know if you run into any roadblocks because of this.

I've added an exception to fix this.

@KenBrace Still not able to withdraw because of the same issue. There is no issue in posting and point accumulation.

You have been reinstated. But pl remember to post factual information that adds value to topics. Dont regurgitate posts already made on the thread.
