Lack of Permission to post on Forum

    I have recently subscribed to the forum SEO Forums.I followed all the rules the owner listed but I do not understand why I am not allowed to post on the forum.The day I signed up on SEO Forums I tried to upload a custom avatar but when I clicked on the icon I got an alert saying I did not have permission to do so.I tried posting on the forum and still says I have no permission.I tried to PM the owner but I have not gotten any replyWhat could be the problem?Have any of my fellow writers encountered such a problem?Kindly let me know.

    Have you completed the email activation? Sometimes features can be disabled if this step is not complete.

    I have done that.Now that you have mentioned it,I have redone that step and still nothing.

    There is something wrong with the SEO forum. Whenever I try to post I get 'You have insufficient privileges to post here' or something of that sort.
