When a forum owner cancels a subscription, I think it should be mandatory that they write down which forum rules were broken in order to justify that decision.

I have replied to your post in another thread.

My request is - please dont take subscription withdrawal personally. It may not even have anything to do with poor performance. The issue should be if someone rated you poor inspite of your good performance.

It's hard not to take something personally when it's my work we are talking about. I do agree on what you say about the rating, that would have been worse and has happened recently with another forum owner.

Either cases I think this suggestion makes sense.

I don't think it should be required but it probably would be good to add an option for admins to leave a reason as to why they are placing the ban.

I will add this to my list of features to develop.

I would make it mandatory really, at least it would make things more transparent for writers, to know that we were banned for a specific reason.

@to7update a reason can be made mandatory, but I hope you do realize that one can have their sub cancelled even if they have followed that forum's rules.

That's the forum owner decision really, I just think it's friendly to say why the sub was cancelled, even more if rules were followed.
