Credits Per Post System Altered

The calculation system to determine a writer's credits per post rate has been changed.

The level system still affects the credits per post rate in the same way as before but the affect of the rating system is different. Every 0.1 point increase in a writer's account rating past 3.0 increases the credits per post rate by 0.05. Below is a chart to detail the bonus associated with each possible rating past 3.0.
