Difficulty in cashing out my credit

    Good day Administrator.
    I tried cashing out my credit of equivalent $10. Filled it and my PayPal account but it's giving one funny response. That the amount must not be less than zero when I filled it as $10

    I have sorted it out... Thanks I was the one that made a mistake but I have done it right now.
    I have already cashed it out, waiting for the credit to reflect on my PayPal account.
