My rating hasn't changed with a new rating

    Hello Admin,

    Got a new rating of 4.1 from a forum but my rating of 3.3 is still there, please look into this and change it,my old rating is limiting me from having forums to post to.

    The account rating updates daily so it shouldn't take long.
