KenBrace, I received a level one rating and my thread to reply ratio, rule following, etc. ratings went to zero. I was wondering if this was part of the new system or if something was wrong? Also when you have a level one are your credits supposed to be.05 or.10 per post?

I assume it's a glitch, I am zeroed out and have other inaccurate scores.

Mine stayed the same, all zeros. In the end logging out, clearing all cookies, and logging back in seemed to work. No idea why--I was logged in but somehow not actually to my dashboard--but to one that was all zeros and has transaction records, including purchases, that were definitely not mine.

I am zeroed out again and now I can;t work out how to log out to try and reset it.

Where is the log out option for the base account (not the help forum account)

To log out click your name in the top right corner and then click "Logout".

Thanks but I will screen cap it next time, if I end up in the weird zero account that option isn't there. I had to open a different browser to get back into my real account.
