I think there are some serious bugs this time. I got extra credits for 5 posts from Webdiscussions forum! I checked it and found that I have not made any posts today.

Another issue is that I am not able to change my password. It gives an error message. Would appreciate an early advice/action to address these issues.

    Thanks,

I checked both your subscription and your account on WDF and they both seem to agree as far as post count. The amount of credits you've earned on WDF also aligns correctly to your credits per post value. Maybe it was simply a case of delayed earnings. Don't worry about it. I appreciate the honesty though. Most people would just take it and stay silent.

Can I have the error message?

Thanks. The error message says "Sorry, we encountered an error saving your password".

Alright thanks. I've looked into it and I think I know what's going on. It should be working by the end of today or sooner.

I removed the bug and tested the result. You should be able to change your password without an error now.

Thanks a lot, it's working. I changed my password.

But when I changed my password I had been taken to a page with some alert details which were not relevant to me(If you wish I can attach the screen shot). Then I cleared my web history and cache, logged in again with the new password and there is no issue now.

By the way, is there any logout option at "My Dashboard"

Interesting. Can I have the screenshot?

Currently the only logout button available is in the drop down box.

That happened to myself once during testing. It might be some sort of conflicting cache/cookie issue resulting from the password change. I'll have to take a closer look. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
