I'm definitely an indoors person. I love to be in my house, it's kind of a big physical comfort zone, lol! But obviously I can't spend all my life inside my house and I'm basically forcing myself to go out and do "productive" stuff and meeting with people constantly because that's basically how the world works.
And I'm not really bothered about the weather, but I really like to be outside when it's autumn, the weather is perfect and the colors of the trees are my favorite thing in the world. If it wasn't for the heat, it would be perfect to be outside in the summer, everything looks nice and red.

Both. But if I had to choose I would say I'm an indoor person; especially during the cold winter months!~ When it's nice and warm , I have no problems taking my granson out to the park or swimming. Fall is the best season to be outside because it is neither too hot or too cold.

Even though I am a Leo (and felines do love the heat), I don't care for the extremely hot temperatures. Being covered in sweat is not a good look for me.

Definitely outdoors.I love being outside doing anything.Whether it is gardening, camping,or just sitting outside, that is where am.I am a lover of the forest for all that it holds.Hunting and fishing are passions of mine and feed my love of the outdoors.

I would say that I am a bit of both. Growing up, I was definitely an indoor person and I could stay inside for days in a row on my computer and I would be completely satisfied. However, now I have come to appreciate nature more and I enjoy spending some time outdoors each day. I feel that this time allows me to better connect to and appreciate the world that we live in.

I'm both actually. It depends on the weather and other factors like my mood. Some months I prefer to just stay indoors and focus on my home projects. I write and I paint. I have a beautiful quiet space in my home where I can relax and work from. But I also like to have the option of going camping or outdoors whenever I can.

With any outdoors activity I'm part of, it has to be in a group. I would never go camping alone, or hiking alone.

I'm definately an indoors person. I'ts quiet and peaceful and I don't have to meet people and talk. I am an introvert. And being indoors is more predictable. One never knows what would happen when you are outside. Especially the weather. Very unpredictable.

I'm an inside person, but when I do go outside I'm like Tarzan! I love nature so much that I actually started to feel like I've become one with it. Sometimes I would sit outside and talk to the grass, birds, trees, and the sky about things I don't talk to humans about. It's like I've connected with my inner family.

Actually I can't decide where I belong now that at times I enjoy so much being indoors and other times I turn to be an outdoors person.

With good movies I could turn to be an introvert. I would lay on my couch all day long to watch an entire season of game of thrones TV series. Get rid of the TV and my brains will blow off if you left me indoors for a whole day.

On the other hand, I wouldn't mind being an extrovert as long as I have some good company with me and interesting places to visit( parks, gardens, etc). But I tend to mostly classify myself under this category.

Thank you @Artisan for this wonderful post. This post makes me to think deeply about myself. I don't usually think about this kind of stuffs.

I will definitely say am an indoor person. I don't like being outside and I don't like talking to people. I figured out the best way to do that is to always stay indoor. I don't party and I had just a small number of friends that are just like me. Funny enough, being inside is kind of fun to me. Not that am doing anything special when am indoors. However, most of the things I do when am inside constitutes: reading books, watching movies, sleeping, eating, but at the end of day, I realised that those things are what makes me happy the most.

    Hi Artisana.

It is ineffably kind of you to remind us that cabin fever can be and in fact is a real feeling that anyone of us can get. This is true whether we are hiking through a visiting land or visiting a favorite vacation spot not far from where we are already living. Too, it is beyond words that you did not neglect to find the value in feeling that connection with nature; especially for a person like myself who could be both, an indoor and outdoor type.

Genetically indoorphilic is what my gene possess right from birth. Mom used to tell me whilst growing up that I don't stay out long from home even when she allow me to catchup with friends. So yeah, am outdoorphobic. I prefer that cool environment with pop music enticing my mood as I mediate. So I with my music, my laptop and books makes a perfect trio.

Am more of an indoor person than outdoor I love my alone time some quiet time is my favourite time,I love watching movies, reading, surfing, playing videos games and playing chess,I have tried severally to join fun groups I end up quitting, my colleagues have a group and most weekend they are out of town partying, hiking, travelling and any fun activity they find, most of the times the drugged me along I ended up in my room or in the van with my laptop or phone alone I could not see anything enjoyable to do,sometimes I became the spectator, everyone thinks I have a boring lifestyle but outdoor is not my thing. The only time am outdoor is when with my family for dinner or a getaway, sometimes I just do it for my son he loves children parks and I have to accompany him once in while.

I'm most definitely an indoors person. My home is my castle. Being introvert has a lot to do with it, but I don't necessarily see that as a problem.
Don't get me wrong, I like to go out, go on holiday abroad, meet new people and the rest. Having a garden or even just a balcony can bring the outdoors to you.

There's nothing more relaxing that sitting in the garden watching nature around you, but, at the end of a long day, sometimes I just want to get home, take my coat off, cook something nice for dinner and relax watching a good film with a nice glass of wine. Love it!

I am 100% and indoors person and just an introvert in general. I usually only go outside when I am doing errands. I don't mind going out with friends from time to time, but I would generally prefer to do things indoors. It also doesn't help that I have a skin condition that makes it difficult for me to be in contact with the sun.

Balance IS the key : I grew up with virtually no television in the 70's so was always outdoors climbing the mountain barefoot, swimming the sea and biking. Those days I didn't consider it 'outdoors' or a 'lifestyle', it was just a part of my childhood. Then I started working in an office, and was indoors alot of the day. I have realized that both outdoors & indoors are okay if taken in balance. Work and time off are key elements to your daily life, and I make sure I keep the balance by always living near an ocean, and making sure that my weekends make up for the days during the week that I spend in the office.

What differs now is that, for example, in place of having and tending my vegetable garden outdoors when I grew up, I now make sure that I buy vegetables that are fresh and mainly eaten as raw as possible. I also walk on the beach as often as I can and walk instead of take transport as well.

I'm a hybrid when it comes to indoor / outdoor requirements. In general, I prefer outdoors. When it is really cold outside (or really hot), I don't mind lounging around inside in conditioned comfort. I can always find something interesting to do. I have many interest and hobbies so I never get bored. I can usually adapt how and where I spend my time according to the weather.

I think for me I would prefer myself as an outdoor person. Since I love going to places like there's nobody has ever been there. I love hiking very much. I also love to stay on a tree house or any unique places. I want to explore more because we only live once, so let's take time to enjoy.

I would say I am more of a outdoors person. I love being out in the fresh air and watching the animals running around. Plus if any of you have kids it's better to be outside with them. They can run free and you don't have a mess in your house I mean am I right? I enjoy picking up the back yard so while they are running and having fun I can get some outside work done, the kids wear off some energy and my house stays clean. For those of you who don't like being outside I think you should give it a shot I bet you will have more energy to do things or want to do things if you get out into the fresh air.
