The first thing I do when I get a new phone is, delete all of the apps that come "stock" on the phone, and download all the apps that I had on my previous phone. Being that I recently upgraded my phone and had to do this process, it got me thinking about all of the apps I use. Some apps I use everyday, where others I rarely use but still download the app on every new phone I get.
My top 3 favorite apps are:
YouTube app - I watch videos daily, so this app really comes in handy in managing the channels & videos I watch.
Ulta store app - I have a serious makeup addiction & shop at Ulta regularly. This app helps me keep track of my membership info, gives me the current sale prices, and shows me where the closest store is.
Social Media apps - The social media platforms that I use, are important for me to keep in contact and to stay current with my family and friends. I use the apps daily, so they are usually the first app I pull up when I get on my phone.

I belong to a upper middle class family therefore i focus on budget phones. There are a vast number of phones in the market specially in the budget segment that is in the price range of 10,000-20 to 25,000 rupees(indian). I prefer a phone which has all the latest features, most important of which are the camera and the processor and the storage capacity. Motorola has come come up quiet well with its budget phones. They do have a little heating issue but they are worth every penny. They are strong, durable, and most importantly updated.

This is it for now, see you soon and thanks for reading.

My favourite phone has to be "Guitar Tuna". I am a guitar player and having this guitar tuning app is invaluable. It also has a library of guitar chords for reference, a metronome and a few guitar training games to help sharpen your guitar skills. What's more, it's free of charge on the Play Store!

My Access bank mobile app. It enables me recharge my line, do money transfer and pay bills all at my own convenience. One of the first few apps to be installed after getting a new phone.

@ReddOnMyHead It's nice to hear your favourite mobile applications.

For me, the following are my favourites:

Personal Banking App (Similar to @Unilever001)

This app allows me to plan my expenses, manage my budgets and also perform fund transfers during emergencies. One of the best ever created as before this, you would have to call the bank or go down to the ATM machine to find out your balance and transactions.

I'm really glad banks decided to create apps which allow users to manage their finance without any hassle.

    Sofascore (Sports app)

This app provides real time statistics during live soccer matches and news before the match starts. It is great for soccer fans who can't catch their favourite match as when a goal is scored, the app gives an instant alert (Much faster than other sports apps).

There is also a chatroom for each match which allows fans and punters to discuss and predict the outcome. Truly a remarkable app for soccer fans!

My favorite app hands down would be Flashlight, not all phones come equip with this handy dandy tool,
so the luxury of being able to download it as an app that doesn't just take your phone screen to maximum,
battery death while your looking for the batteries for the remote in the dark, because a mix of laziness and
partial stubbornness of not getting all the way up to flick a switch you can do that on your phone quick
fast and a hurry, how many people has dropped there keys outside and some how they landed. under the car
alway good to have that flashlight to fish out what you've been missing.
