    All the things you have listed above are great for weight loss goals. To add to that; I would say, me weight loss should be more of a lifestyle than a one time event. You would want to maintain the weight you worked to lose by adopting long lasting healthy eating habits and workout routine. And most important, stick with what works for you.

    Losing weight is easy if you have determination and self-discipline. There are more than a hundred ways to lose weight, you just need to choose what is fit for you. Different methods work for different people. But you can start with the basic first which is having a balanced diet. You need to be mindful of what you eat. Another way is by including exercise as a part of your life. Start with the easiest one like running, walking in the park, riding a bicycle and then you can progress after that. Intermittent fasting also works for other people. Eating only on a certain time which allows the body to consume the stored fat and lead to reduce calorie intake.

    I guess it only helped you to lose the water weight, because that is what salt does. I would recommend zero sugar diet. Or white flour. Also exercise is always recommended. 30 minutes a day is enough if you do it properly.

    Must admit, I know how You're feeling about your weight right now.
    I myself, struggled, with extra weight while ago.
    More raw fruit & vegetables, less processed foods..There are many things you can do one of them is have a break from dieting I know it sounds mad but for a few weeks just eat a maintenance level of calories you body is sensible and won’t continue to loose weight it will go into survival mode and slow the weight loss down giving your self a break allows the body to chill them when you go back to lower calories the weight will drop again just be careful not to over eat when back to normal.

    If you are unhappy with your weight, obviously something has to change. These changes probably have to do with exercise, diet, or both. It is difficult to make drastic changes in our lives, as we are creatures of habit. That is why you should only change a few things at a time. Find moments where you could do more activity. Also, try to find an activity that you like. Think about finding something like swimming, dancing, martial arts, etc, rather than forcing yourself into doing pushups.

    The next thing is what you are eating. Try to figure out how many calories you actually need, and cut back on the amount you are eating. Try to cut back on sugar. Try to add a fruit or veggie for one meal a day to start with, and gradually make your meals healthier. Drink water when you are thirsty.
