a mix of depression and anxiety. how to handle it?

    i have both really bad and wanted to find a natural way to deal with it. Any advice???

    For me personally, listening to music helps a lot. Doing a hobby to keep my mind occupied also helps a lot. I play soccer a lot. I also like to read the Bible and pray. I have more things than depression and anxiety and it's very difficult. That's just a little bit of what I do, I'm not sure if that advice is any good.

    I have also struggled with both in the past and I have found that staying busy with things that I really enjoy and that occupy my mind is the best way to deal. I don't know if you are religious or not, but prayer is huge for me. The teachings of Dr. Charles Stanley on anxiety and depression have helped a lot as well.
