    I think it would help if you would start by telling us what lead you to formulating this question. Out of context it tells us very little, and answering seems pretty pointless. With a proper argument people would have reason to engage your idea, now that reason is pretty much non-existent.

    Its mostly a trend.Most african players especially who play soccer have been predominant in being linked to heart attacks on or off field.Its a mere question seeking answers.
