    I love walking on the grass barefoot, especially when it's warm and the sun is beaming on my face. One of the main benefits of walking barefoot on grass is that it relieves stress. It literally calms your mind and opens up your senses.

    walking on grass barefoot improves eyesight. This is because our feet have many reflexology zones that correspond to various organs of our bodies such as eyes.

    It also keeps the feet healty, as it stretches and strengthens the muscles, tendons and ligaments in ones feet, ankles and calves.

    It also relieves stress as it helps rejuvenate ones senses and calm the mind.
