    It is a dream of every man to achieve the muscular and lean body. Biceps are the most prominent part of a man when their physical fitness is measured. It is important that the guys should have big muscular arms to look attractive to girls. It is not that much difficult to gain big biceps. The only thing that does matter is the determination. You would have to follow a proper workout routine and a strict diet plan. Here are a few tips that can help you to achieve your goals within a few weeks.

    Don't train your arms every day at the gym. There should be a gap of three days at least to train the same part of body again. It is important to give rest to each muscle of your body, so your muscles would have some time to take rest and grow. Lift heavy weights instead of a few pounds. You should increase the plates on your rod one by one after each set. Tricep is the bigger muscle than bicep. So there is more chance of growth in triceps. Take low carb and low calories diet to stay lean. Increase the intake of protein to gain lean muscle size. Eggs whites and chicken breast are the main sources of protein.
