    Do you do push ups and sit ups hoping you will loose weight but still see no results? If so I have good news and bad news for you. The good news is you have abs or you are getting them, but the bad news is you wont actually see them unless you do cardio. Cardio can be dancing, swimming, biking, or even running. Cardio is most peoples favorite form of working out because its more like a hobby that works you up a sweat. You should complete cardio if you want to loose weight.
