Do you believe that avoiding alcohol leads to a better society?

Alcohol in the current society has been viewed as the sole cause of major problems affecting our society.Many people have fallen victims to the scary effects that alcohol can bring about.Addiction to alcohol is a gradual process, it takes root without the culprits realizing and by the time they do then probably it is too late for them to act.Affected individuals go to an extent of neglecting themselves, their families even their opportunities in life.Nothing is more important to them that alcohol.Alcohol holds them at a ransom in which they cannot afford to buy their way out.
