Do you consider meditation to be key for you?

    I consider meditation to key towards my emotional, spiritual and physical development since to enable me to be calm and focused for the day activities. Meditation assistance me in managing stress levels and get a clear point of view for the problem at hand.
    Mediation to me is like food to my soul. It energizes me and make me focused.
