Do you know about “Brunch” due to busy life in the metro cities and cities to reach office in time without any traffic jams, people are busy and feeling tension in the mornings, so they avoid break fast and lunch and mix them at once and eat at a time ,it is not advisable to avoid either breakfast or lunch, both are compulsory and important now a days, if you miss either breakfast or lunch ,you have to face lot of disasters said by the dietitians, we wake up in the morning with empty stomach , so the body will not work without the stamina to get the stamina we have to consume food, due to morning breakfast, the routine work will start in the body and we will get the required energy for the day activities, this is must for children, youngsters and aged people also, due to breakfast we can work actively in the office, there is no deviation of work in the office due to lack of food, so don’t avoid break fast

While adults need to eat breakfast each day to perform their best, kids need it even more. Their growing bodies and developing brains need regular refueling often, from food. When kids skip breakfast, they don't get what they need to be at their best. Short on time? Eating a wholesome, nutritious morning meal will probably save you time in the long run. By recharging the brain and body, you'll be more efficient in just about everything you do.

In looking at the research that is currently available it is easy to say skipping breakfast is healthy? Breakfast is supposed to kick start our metabolism and provide the nutrients we will need as we start our day. However, there are several factors that should be considered before drawing a conclusion. It is important to consider that some people work odd hours and their breakfast time is not based on a traditional breakfast time. I worked the night shift for years and my breakfast time was really my lunch time which ended up being around midnight.

Apart from providing us with energy, breakfast foods are good sources of important nutriets such us calcium, iron and B vitamins as well as protein and fibre. The body needs these essential nutriets and research shows that if these are missed at breakfast, they are less likely to be compensated for later in the day. Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast - that's where it's name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol. People's energy needs vary depending on activity levels and life stage but tipically men require more enegry than women. Growing children require a lot of energy, as an example boys aged 7-10yrs should consume approx. 1970 kcals. For adults, men require approx. 2500 kcals and women approx. 2000 kcals per day.
