    Doing exercises or going to the gym everyday, is good for ones body. When we train, we are heavily investing in our health stock which tends to decline as one grows old. Thus, we may not fall sick easily. That is why, people who are lazy and do not exercise, tend to fall ill easily and may get alot of body complications with time.

    True..Though along the way I become lazy and relaxed am back to it again..
    More squats,push ups,press ups and running.
    I do my work out at home and it's working for me than waiting for the time ill won't have the energy and strength to work out..
