    Hey guys!

I started to go to Gym 3 months ago. I still didn't get any visible results. I have 65 kg and 5'7". I changed my all diet to gain weight. This is the diet that I started:
    Breakfast: 100g oats, 50g raisins, 1scoop whey
Snack: 100g mixed nuts or 1 liter milk or tuna sandwich
Lunch: 200g white pasta, bolognese sause, parmesan cheese
Snack: 100g mixed nuts or 1 liter milk or tuna sandwich
Post workout shake: 1.5scoops whey, 60g oats, milk, banana
Dinner: 200g white pasta, bolognese sause, parmesan cheese
Pre bed: cottage cheese, berries, flax seed, fish oil

I saw this in a website. What do you think guys? Should I continue this program or would you change something?o_O

Let's say that you should not give up this diet, about a month to keep what you have proposed, but the end result much wanted to see.
But if nothing happens then you should see your doctor to see which might be the cause, many changes can occur in our body.

Try to bring more healthy fats into your diet. For example fish, chicken, brown rice. Also incorporate more muscle building techniques into your workout. Another thing you can do is not burn as many calories as you consume so you can gain muscle weight.

If there was somewhat less exercise, possibly could allow the circumstance. Also, amounts of time spent with health patterns of a person who wasn't trying to lose weight. When things like the described were done there could be more results or possible weight change.
