How do you feel being shortsighted (Myopia)?

I suffer from shortsightedness. The annoying part of being shortsighted is the fact that you will have to be dealing with glasses almost all the time. I hate glasses so much that I only put it on whenever I am working on the system.

I wasn’t myopic at birth, but too much close-up reading caused this. The first time I knew that something was wrong with my sight was the day we ran out of question papers in my secondary school days, so the teacher had to write the questions on the blackboard. I couldn’t read anything, I was so embarrassed. I looked around me, everybody was busy putting down the questions on the paper. I asked my neigbour, “Are you seeing that”? She said yes. I had to wait for the teacher to finish copying the questions before he gave me the question paper.

I often wish for miracle eye herb one can use and get better instead of glasses and laser surgery.
