How many hours do yous sleep each day?

    I believe that sleep is important. I sleep around 7 hours each night during the week and 8 on weekends. I notice that when I am not getting enough sleep I am more forgetful. I just feel better after a good night of sleep. When I am able to sleep more than usual my skin even looks better. Sleep is very important.
