How Much Water Do You Drink?

    I challenged myself to drink a minimum of 150 ounces of water a day for a month in May. Once I finally stopped needing to visit the restroom every 15 minutes, (I am not exaggerating) I found many health benefits.

    After a week, my skin was clearer, I stopped over-eating, I had enormous amounts of energy, and my constipation was gone. I felt great for the entire experience. The only problem is that drinking that much water in a day can be extremely time consuming. Do any of you have the same benefits at a lower amount? I would love any insight on other amounts of water.
