Most developments in the world have occured due to arising needs. Things like cars were developed in order for people to move around the world faster, but the need to be able to move across greater distances even faster, led to the development of aircrafts.

Today, many lives can be saved due to the use of drones. Take the case in Rwanda. They use drones to supply medicine and blood to remote places that would have otherwise taken several hours if not days to be reached.
