Is Sodium The #1 Killer?

    I'm always hearing about calorie intake, too many carbs are bad for you, less sugar means slimmer waist. But, have you ever stopped to think about how much sodium you put into your body?

    I'm an avid believer (based from personal observation), that sodium is the culprit for many people.
    Sodium blows you up for lack of better terms, and just cutting back on sodium alone can trim you down significantly. What are your thoughts on this Matter? Let me know what you think.
