I don't believe in mugging up all the subjects. The studies for graduate students should be job-oriented. It's not just theoretically, but job training should be given to students in colleges.

Colleges should have collaboration with companies that recruit freshers and give them on the job training. Right now only professional colleges have such collaboration with companies. So those students who can't afford or don't go for any professional education are deprived of good job opportunities.

What is your opinion? Do you agree?
