Attempting to post as many post as you possibly can and in as many areas as you can is great, but there is an issue. If you are posting about a topic that is not interesting to you or you know nothing about... your post are not up to par with your skills. Forum owners can see this and will give you a lower rating. They want to see quality post, a quality post is a post that has information, knowledge, and interest. Not just saying something to say something. So when choosing the topics you wish to talk about or the forums to put on your list, choose something you are familiar with and/or are interested in. Higher ratings are what you aim for as a poster.
