Katy Perry : Fame vs Faith

I recently read an article about Katy Perry. I did not know that Katy Perry was once a worship leader in their church where in she was one of the main vocalist. I did not even know that the parents of Katy Perry are strict pastors.

There is an article lately about the parents of Katy Perry asking for prayers about their daughter. Well I really did not expect that Katy Perry was from a Christian family. Few years back, Katy Perry performed lot of songs that are not appropriate for a worship leader though we know she is no longer a worship leader rather she is now a famous singer of worldly songs. Recently, Katy Perry composed a few christian songs before but sadly she turned downed her faith and even declared she is not a christian anymore. There a a few times wherein she looks back on her past and asking for prayers for her. She is struggling.
