    What are the most common ways that you employ in regular exercise for keeping fit? Do you prefer instructed exercising ,gym workouts or personal simple exercises on your daily routine?

    Some kind of exercise require facilities which are quite expensive to procure. Personal simple exercise of running 500 metres every early morning and jugling will also keep you fit.
