    As a human being you have to exercise as much ad possible so as to make your body active and stay fit.Exercising regularly is crucial because it keeps you off from acquiring some illness associated with the junk food we eat and the kalories aren't broken down hence accumulating.
    Exercising also makes the body to be physically active and also makes the skin to look younger.

    Since I started exercising daily, I am healthier than I used to be.
