    The more calcium you get from eating the chicken leg. You can not get it from a glass of milk too. There is much calcium in the chicken legs. By eating it increases in your body. If you are deficient in calcium, then calcium will increase in your body by eating chicken leg. Chicken legs also have many protein which are very beneficial for you. If you have pain in the knee, consuming it reduces your knee pain too. [​IMG]
