    1. Start your day with Lemon water
    2. Mix 2 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz of water and drink preferably in the evenings
    3. Drink at least 3 to 4 cups of Green tea a day
    4. Exercise
    5. Eat healthy a lot of Fruits containing water and Vegetables
    6. Drink lots of water
    7. Get enough rest and proper sleep
