    There are conceived negative side effects of excessive masturbation, but those are entirely psychological. It comes along with pornography addiction, which is classified as a behavioral addiction. What this means is, physically, masturbation is perfectly healthy and has no negative side effects of its own, but practicing it to excess is unhealthy in the same sense as gambling or shopping can be an addiction.

    Basically, don't browse too much pornography and don't go overboard with it or your relationship and your mental well being could suffer. Otherwise, it's no different than having sex as far as your body is concerned.
