No Rice Approach

    It takes time to probably get used to a diet with less rice. Even more so for a no rice approach at all. Part of it because of the convention and norm that we have. We always think we need more carbohydrates load than any food nutrients in the food pyramid. Do not worry about not being able to follow the so-called food pyramid. You can even invert the food pyramid for all you care. Most of us find it difficult to even start a diet with less rice simply because we fail to condition ourselves. We always think that more carbo load nourishes our body fast. Once you past the stage of longing a rice every meal you’ll find yourself astounded by the fact that you start hating rice. Eventually it will be in your system so that when you eat rice you get a headache. In the end you’ll get the best immune system you have out of a diet with no rice. You see we are tricked with this pyramiding scheme.

    Do not forget that rice is not the only best source of energy that your body needs. It is not the only source of carbohydrates handy. There are a great deal of food around a lot healthier than rice.
