what is you favorite thing to do out side in the summer or in the winter
and who you do like to do it with

 

I love to ride bikes. I have always loved to ride bikes since a kid. My friend always tells me how she used to always see me riding my bike years before we even met. I found it funny how she remember so many details that I no longer recall. It is all fun and games until I have to walk up a hill. I also like to walk and can walk for extended periods of time. I was always a fast paced person.

Like Shaneka mentioned above, I also like to bike ride. I prefer biking on trails than I do on roads in the city because I fear getting hit by a car or crashing into a parked one . A lot of the trails that we have run near beaches, so sometimes I will stop and listen to the water. Other times, I will just race the clock. I ride by myself mostly because I like to get up really early in the morning.

 

My favorite hobby is table tennis .I can play table tennis all day without pause.

 

My favorite outdoor hobby is actually taking photos. I love taking photos of nature and all of the animals and plants. I could go outside and stay there for hours. Another hobby I have is riding my bike. Since my neighborhood is built around a decent size lake, I spend my summer days just riding around and taking pictures of the scenery.

 

I have a passion for gardening and that is my outdoor activity every single day.

We shifted from the city to a semi rural town where we bought some land, built a house and designed a garden. The garden requires full attention. I hardly socialise and spend most of my time taking care of what for me is a constant source of joy. There is excitement everyday - a new bud, a new shoot, a new flower, a new fruit........the works.

And to top it all the birdbath which we have installed invites birds of several species - their chirps add a spring in my step.

 

I am interested in gardening as well but I have yet to start. But I like bike riding with my children. I recently started cutting my grass with a weed wacker! It might sound crazy, I do enjoy doing my yard with it. I can't afford a lawn mower just yet, so it started out as a chore. I realized that I enjoy doing it. I like the landscaping aspect of it and the quiet time I have when im doing it. After wards I feel good about it and refreshed. Im sure ill enjoy using a lawn mower when I upgrade to that though.

 

My favorite thing to do outside, would be to walk with our daughter in our beautiful garden.

I would show her the trees, flowers and play with her in the dirt. One of her first words were "tree" . Making it so worth it!

We make wonderful memories spending time together this way.
