Raw Vegan Smoothie Recipes

    I love smoothies for breakfast and thought I would share a few of my favorites. If you have any of you own please share them as I love trying new ones.

    Mango Banana Smoothie
    1 cup Raw almond milk
    2 ripe banana, sliced
    1 Mango peeled and cut up
    2 dates, or as many as you need for sweetness
    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy

    Cherry Limeaid
    1 ripe peach, sliced
    1 cup fresh sweet dark red cherries
    1/2 water
    1 lime, juiced

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy

    Banana Spinach Smoothie

    2-3 ripe banana
    2 cups fresh spinach
    2 dates, or as many as you need for sweetness
    1/2 cup water
    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy


    Mango Spinach Smoothie
    2 mango cut up
    1 cup fresh strawberries
    1 banana
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/2 cup water
    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy

    Thanks a lot for these recipes, I will definitely try them out one by one once I have some free time. I'm not a raw vegan, but after losing a bunch of weight from cycling one summer, I started eating healthy for the first time in my life and I can say it's a great experience.

    I regret that I don't drink smoothies that often, they're not really a thing in our country. I drank a smoothie maybe once or twice in my life and it was great, that's the main reason I want to try it again.

    It would be great if you could add the calorie count to every smoothie, but that's not necessary since I can calculate it by myself easily. Thanks again !

    Some are on the higher calorie side, but you can alway change the recipe up a bit and drop the cal count some if you need to. With eating raw I sometimes have a hard time getting all my cals that need in a day, that's one of the reasons I have some with higher cals than the others.
