    Is there an online investment site where I can use Paypal or Payout Balances?
    I would like to start investing online, but I am looking for low risk options to earn some money.

    My intention is to find passive gains, without the need to invest daily hours to earn 5 to 10 dollars.

    The best sites I am sure of is Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE) and Newyork Stock exchange. That is investing on treasury bonds and shares.
