Tai Chi

    Does anyone on here do Tai Chi? I always thought that it looked sort of foolish, but now am really considering taking it up. I have heard a lot about it lately. It is suppose to be great for stress and pain. My husband is in a lot of pain due to his fibromyalgia, so this may be the key to get him to exercise more. I also do not think that there are any exercises that would require laying on the floor, like there are in yoga. That appeals to me as sometimes floor exercises are bothersome to my back.

    If you have done Tai Chi, what did you think of it? Do you think that it helped with any pain? Is it relaxing or soothing?
