The unemployment's frustration

    The fact of being unemployed jeopardizes the psychic and physical health. In a lifetime, finding yourself unemployed is a trauma. Losing a job is a form of social death. Like any trauma, it can cause loss of appetite, sleep, irritability, loss of self-esteem ... The depressive risk is stronger than for a person who has a job. Not everyone who is looking for a job knows all these difficulties. Some, because of their personal experience, relatives close to them, their material situation, are less fragile than others. But it is a test for all the unemployed.
    Can we stop this agony!

    I think unemployment can damage a lot to mindset. It can take you away from family. It can make you feel useless. It can get you into comparison mode. And you start to feel bad about yourself. And this can be only cured by being employed. Or atleast by making money. And by doing things that employed people do. It takes time to come out of this sort of state. But I am guessing based on efforts and fighting against the negativity definitely helps.

    live in a small town and job don't that pay well at all. many job only $8.00 and maybe bless to get 9.00 dollars. they are lot people out work and it real sad.

    It mostly comes down to remaining active, and I can say this as someone who was unemployed for a fairly long time. The most dangerous trap you can fall into is spending all your time playing video games, loitering on YouTube, and just generally not being productive in any sense. (This is doubly true if you're receiving welfare as well.)

    It's extremely important to set a goal for yourself -- any goal -- and stick to it. Most of the time, that'll be finding another job or perhaps attaining some sort of education, but when that's not possible, even a very trivial goal will do. You need a reason to get out of bed!
