What is the best laptop for a writer?

    I was considering upgrading my laptop after deciding to become a full time content writer. I do have my old one which can do the work, but I feel like it may not be the best.

    I think that a more portable one with a longer battery life is great. Dell Inspiron i5567 was recommended to me by a friend but I can't find that brand in my local store.

    Please share your thoughts on the best brand with some factors that I should consider matching with the writer's needs.

    Os doesn't really matter but i would go for windows or ios one with a good battery preferably large display and most important a great keyboard(you cant afford Compromises on the keyboard) and so i would go for a 15 inch dell xps but a 15 inch macbook would do it for me.
