What is your opinion about the use of anabolic steroids ?

I want to know the reality of steroids. I heard that a lot of bodybuilders use steroid to increase their muscle size and decease the body fats. In my opinion it is good to transform yourself with natural way. The process to get the desired body shape through natural way could be slow but it is healthy. One of my friend told me that use of steroid for the muscle growth could lead to sexual health problems and heart diseases. Steroids have been banned in the sports but people are still using it. What do you say about it?
