    I have always loved working out and I have come to realize the exercises you do and the amount you dedicate could be different. Some exercises are more engaging than others. You can spend one and half hours jogging while another guy spends just fifteen minutes of cardio workout and the both of you lose the same calories. I think we should choose our workouts wisely to avoid working out too much without much results. If you have a different view or you agree with me feel free to contribute.
