    Well, it really depends on the intensity of the work-out. However, the most recommended diet is a high protein, high calorie diet. The number of servings may differ from person to person depending on factors such as a persons weight, height and work-out routine. Always consult a nutritionist or dietician,like me, to get a meal plan that works for you.

    What about the season and time; lets say which diet is can i take before a competition, months before a competition and when on holidays?
