Which fluids do you use to lose weight or keep fit?

    Water which is readily available for most people has helped many to lose weight and keep fit. Due to its ability to detox, cleanse and help in constipation. Personally, water is not my favorite drink but i do try and complement it with lemons and ginger and this has helped me. Water and other fluids which are especially natural and homemade are best for your body. Do you agree?

    Absolutely, water is the best thing to stay healthy and hydrated. Most people will notice a decent change in their weight just by switching sugary or carbonated drinks with water. May I add green tea to that list as well? In moderation, green tea can be great for weight loss and to boost your metabolism. Natural options will always be better and effective for our health.
