Which software is best for beginner programmers for programming

    In my view, DEV c++ (5.1.1) is a good software for programming for the beginners to understand that how to do programming in an easier way. In DEV ,writing code is very easy. Its syntax is very easy to understand. What's your view about this that which software is best for programming for the beginner programmer

    Good old Notepad++ is my favorite IDE (Interactive Developer Environment). It has served me well over the years.

    -vs code
    -sublime text
    -notepad++
    If you interested in some IDEs:
    -visual studio
    -Intellij (for java)
    -PyCharm (for python)
