Which theory of how the earth was formed fascinated fascinates you most.

Since we started learning we were introduced to many theories that try to explain how the earth was formed. Some of these theories are The passing star theory, the Nebula Cloud theory and the big bang theory. Some books also mention creation by God or a superior being.

The passing star theory facinates me most. Envisioning it in mind as a star melting in mid air and solidfying to form smaller planets. The thought of it just feels like the star wars movie, the x men or just an animated clip.
