Who is a leader?

A leader is a person who does the right thing. Anyone who can set direction, build an inspiring vision or creates something new is a leader.

One does not necessarily require to be super rich or go to a higher learning institution to become a leader.

You may lack good and quality education or even come from a poor family background but deep inside you possess all the qualities of a good leader.

Leadership is mostly an inborn thing or you can also learn from others or out of experience.

Hard work leads to good results and good results leads to attractive rewards.
