Why do people seek God mostly when in deep problems?

Individuals and parties as well seek God more when in deep shit. Why should we seek Him always as He says... "seek Me always". Human being look for God presence only when problems are o their neck. Why?

 

Hi @Dwambugu, you have asked a very important question. It is often said that questions are the door to the room of wisdom. Good questions help us increase in understanding, and with understanding, our subsequent actions bear better fruits than the previous.

On your question, the answer speaks to the need for connection and interdependence that is between Man and God. Man seeks to live by his own ways without recourse to God, while God loves man and want to do awesome things on the earth through him.

Often times, the greatest of men who walked with God and were greatly used by God for mighty exploits were drawn to God in their moments of weakness, failures and hopelessness; and with the intervention of God and the reality of God that they experienced, they were motivated to seek Him more.

The more you seek God, the more you know Him, and the more you know Him, the more you will be greatly helped by Him.
